No, it is not necessary to print your ticket. All you need is the name on your reservation to check-in.
Simply arrive at the Branson Duck Tours store 15 minutes before your trip. Our staff will be able to check you in and give you a boarding pass. All you need to know is the name on your reservation.
All seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to get your pick of seats! Please note that we reserve the right to reassign seats if necessary to comply with laws and ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests
We do our best to provide every guest with an enjoyable experience they will always remember. However, in the unlikely event that a trip has to be cancelled to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, guests will receive a voucher for a future trip that is good for 365 days.

There are no bathrooms on board. Please make sure to use the facilities before boarding the vessel. There may be access to bathrooms during our Branson Landing stop.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair lift on the trolley bus at this time. In order to board the trolley, one must be able to climb 3 steps.
Food and drinks are welcome, however, alcoholic beverages are prohibited by law and for the safety and comfort of all our guests.
Canine Good Citizens are permitted on Mayham’s Country Comedy Tour.
All animals must stay on leash and with their human at all times.
MayHam’s Country Comedy Tour is recommended for guests ages 14 and up. Mayham’s Comedy is occasionally more appropriate for adult audiences. The show features country comedy, storytelling, and humor geared toward teens and adults. Younger guests are welcome at their parents’ discretion.
