No, it is not necessary to print your ticket. All you need is the name on your reservation to check-in.
Simply arrive the Trolley Trips/Branson Duck Tours store 15 minutes before your trip. Our staff will be able to check you in and give you a boarding pas.All you need to know is the name on your reservation.
Your reservations are for the Trolley Trip. All seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but all seats on Trolley Trips offer great views. Arrive early to get your pick of seats! Please note that we reserve the right to reassign seats if necessary to comply with laws and ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Trolley Trips does its best to provide every guest with an enjoyable experience they will always remember. However, in the unlikely event that a trip has to be cancelled to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, guests will receive a voucher for a future trip that is good for 365 days.
Yes, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your departure by calling us at 417-598-9099.
To ensure easy access and comply with emergency exit protocols, strollers are not allowed on tours. Please keep all strollers in your vehicle or at the the Trolley Trips/Branson Duck Tours store while on the tour. Baby seats are allowed on board.
Lap kids 3 and under are free.
There are no bathrooms on board. Please make sure to use the facilities before boarding the vessel. There may be access to bathrooms at some of our stops.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair lift on the trolley bus at this time. In order to board the trolley, one must be able to climb 3 steps.
Food and drinks are welcome, however, alcoholic beverages are prohibited by law and for the safety and comfort of all our guests.
Only service animals are allowed on the Backstage, Super Sweets, and Win & Shine trips.
Canine Good Citizens are permitted on the Christmas Lights Trolley Trips.
All animals must stay on leash and with their human at all times.
